First, you have to have Sims, Sims 2, Sims 2 Double Deluxe or Sims 2 Deluxe. The expansion packs (programs that add a new theme to the program) will not work without one of those. It's like getting a Game Boy, you get one but you have to buy the games seperately. I like Seaons and Nightlife the most. There is also Pets, Open for Business, Bustin Out, Freetime, Bon Voyage, and University. The stuff packs (programs that add more items to your catalog) are Kitchen %26amp; Bath Interior Design, Teen Style, H%26amp;M Fashion, Celebration, Glamour Life, and Family Fun stuff. I like Teen Style the most. The Sims Stories packs (programs that are for beginners, but not an expansion pack) are Life, Pets, and Castaway stories. I like Life the most. And if you get Deluxe, you also get a free Nightlife expansion as a bonus. Double Deluxe comes with a Stuff pack. The original games I first mentioned cost from $20-$40. Stuff, Expansion, and Stories packs are $15-$27. There is also MySims, but that is only on the Wii and the DS. Hope this helped, I am an expert on Sims.Which SIMS game do you like best and why? Well first of all you need the original sims 2 or sims 2deluxe/double deluxe which is about to come out. These cost about 32 bucks with tax.

i would sugest getting an expansion pack because it comes with special things you can do and house/ clothing items. these are the same price.





stuff packs are cheaper but you only get house/ clothing items and no special things like creating pets or changin seasons.





if you deluxe or double deluxe, it comes with nightlife and the double comes with a stuff pack which is a bonus! but like i have seasons,, pets and nightlife and the more you get the better the graphics become and the more complicated.





i would just get one of the priginals and then add more as you go on!

Well if it's SIms or Sims 2, you will need either sims original, sims original deluxe





or sims 2 original/sims 2 deluxe








then after that you can add expansion packs, but they won't work without the original game.





I personally have seasons, nightlife, and pets, and I love seasons most.
all sims games are just weird in my opinion. BUT the one i do like. is Sims 2. not pets, not anything else (except for MAYBE deluxe). GET IT FOR THE PC. really, the game is a lot easier to play on the computer. i havent played some other versions, but if you like classic type sims in a more upgraded way, get Sims 2 or Sims 2 deluxe.
If its the Sims 2 then you should get the pets or nightlife expansion cause it have more feature than the original sims 2 and the pets one have animals that you can take care of. Nightlife you can go into the town at night and party.
bustin out cuz you can have kids, drive, and move places.

sims 2 for pc definitely, and then get the nightlife expansion pack, because you can go on dates and drive cars in that one.
sims 2 because you can buy pets and i is very real and you kids can grow also you can buy a house for very cheap
I like MySims. but thats on the wii and the wii is hard 2 find... haven't played any of the computer ones so i can't really say anything about them...

if you have a good computer then get sims 2 if you dont sims one is still great i play it at school lol
I think they're all fun!! I got addicted to the original one, and the rest are fun too
