learning to accept one's self. the reason why any of us would lack confidence is because we dont like something about us. if we cant change it then we gotta accept it. easier said than done i know but we just gotta do it or we'll be low in confidence forever.What advice would you give a guy friend about asking how he can develop better selfconfidence in meeting women

i would tell him 2 keep a smile with him and be confident...... thts all i can think of......!!!!
